Books transcend thousands of years, thousands of killometers, and unbreakable social barriers. Through books, one can intimately learn the innermost beliefs and carefully pondered thoughts of another. One can learn from and have an intimate conversation with any personality and any mind that ever lived. I am in complete awe of how powerful books are.
